Youth Ministries

We are so glad you're here! We offer a few different programs for our youth and would love to have anyone join them at any time! Please fill out the form below if your child is interested in coming to one of our programs.

Kid's Club

Afterschool on Thursdays from 3:40pm-5:30pm for grades Pre-K - 6th. Join us for a snack, games, fun songs, Bible lesson, and memory verse time! Earn points toward an end of the year prize when you attend, say a memory verse, bring a friend, and follow the club rules!

Youth Group

Wednesday nights from 7-9pm for grades 7-12. Join us for a fun evening of food, crazy games, worship, and God's Word! Learn lessons that will be beneficial to you for all of your life!

I, the undersigned, being the parent or legal guardian of the youth named above, do hereby consent to the participation of my youth in the youth activities of Winnett Bible Church. (Required)

Medical Treatment Authorization

Every activity sponsored by our church is carefully planned and adequately supervised by mature adults. However, even with the best of planning and precaution, unforeseen events can occur.

I understand that I will be notified in the case of a medical emergency. However, in the event that I cannot be reached, I authorize the calling of a doctor and the providing of necessary medical services in the event that my child is injured or ill. (Required)

I authorize one or more of the following persons to make emergency medical care decisions on behalf of my child, if required by law or a health care provider. (Required)

I understand that Winnett Bible Church, its staff, or volunteers will not be responsible for medical expenses incurred solely on the basis of this authorization. (Required)

I agree to notify the youth director of any health changes that would restrict my youth’s participation in any normal youth activities. (Required)

I also understand that the youth leaders reserve the right to restrict my youth from any activity that they do not feel is within the physical capabilities of my youth. (Required)
